The Code of a Pickletarian

Began writing on 7/13/25. Final initial version was completed on 8/1/25. Last updated 8/11/25.

"Let our object be our country, our whole country, and nothing but our country. And by the blessing of God, may that country itself become a vast and splendid monument - not of oppression and terror, but of wisdom, of peace, and of liberty, upon which the world may gaze with admiration forever." -Daniel Webster

Introduction

The inspiration for this Code was the movie Sovereign written and directed by Christian Swegal and produced by Nick Moceri. I met them in person after a showing of the movie in Santa Monica and actually spoke to Nick briefly. During their Q and A talk, Christian spoke about how he had someone in his life who had become desperate then gotten involved in some sovereign groups, which was the inspiration behind the film. Both Christian and Nick spoke about how many people who get into the sovereign movement do so out of desperation from circumstances in life that are not necessarily justifiable. They spoke of how, during the scenes of the movie where Jerry Kane (Nick Offerman) is giving a seminar, those are real local Arkansas people and the things that they mention and the stories that they are talking about are real stories. They shot the film in Arkansas and had real local people come and tell their real life stories… which obviously added to the overall flavor of realism in the film. Both Christian and Nick were also critical of all the mental health issues in law enforcement, so this was not a one-sided discussion.

I hope that people reading this will actually purchase the movie in order to support film, especially first time filmmakers, rather than simply steal the movie off some pirate website. I understand that it’s easy to do but as people do that more and more, you will see a slow elimination of the entertainment industry if that continues. First time film makers are not a bank or government agency and I do not recommend that negotiable instrument tactics be use to steamroll people like this because that is not why I teach what I teach. You don’t see me suing small businesses and mom-and-pop shops regarding negotiable instruments because that is not the proper use of what I teach. I teach negotiable instruments in order for that information to be used on banks, credit unions, large organizations, conglomerates, etc. Yes, it is technically functional on lower levels but you need to honestly realize the amount of power that you hold with this information and if you use this information to crush people then you are no better than the banks and you are certainly not a Pickletarian. Normal people believe that negotiable instruments, such as Federal Reserve Notes, are “money” and without them their art dies.

With that said… let’s begin speaking about our Code.

The word “code” is a bit of an interesting one. Because we have things like the “United States Code.” And one of the definitions of code is: “a system of words, letters, figures, or other symbols substituted for other words, letters, etc., especially for the purposes of secrecy.” Obviously, for the more conspiracy-minded people in the group, this definition may ring true.

But here’s a legal definition:

A complete system of positive law, scientifically arranged, and promulgated by legislative authority. Abbott; a system of rules. Wilentz v. Crown Laundry Service, 172 A. 331, 332, 116 N.J.Eq. 40. Any systematic body of law. Wall v. Close, 14 So.2d 19, 26, 203 La. 345.

I’m not even entirely sure this could even be called a “code” as per the above definition because it is almost more like recommendations, but due to the fact that they determine who is a part of our group and who is not… I would consider them close enough to “rules” or a “body of law.” I may get more specific in the future as to exact regulations, but I am of the mindset that speaking and describing the basic ideas and purposes of things in great detail allows another person to understand something on such a basic level that swords and guns are not required to “keep them in line.” I think that all adherence to simple rules hinges on understanding and, if YOU can’t explain it in a way that others can understand then YOU don’t get it. So I pride myself on long flowery prose and illustrative descriptions which elicit an emotional reaction. This is how I’m going to do this so “code” is the best word I can think of at the moment to achieve this.

The reason why the movie Sovereign inspired me to write this is because I don’t want our group to be only and simply a place where people who are desperate come for extreme solutions to real problems. Not to say that it is, necessarily, but to speak about something and be transparent about it up front is always the better option. What we are doing is so much more meaningful than that. And this kind of low-level thinking is what creates a tragedy like what is depicted in the movie. Rampant inflation, dystopian police equipment, and many other things are obviously bringing massive pressure upon many people. The middle class is about to be obliterated. This is, without question, a major motivating force for people looking for a solution. And two major categories are very attracted to what we do: 1. People who love the United States of America and are trying to fix the problems that they see and; 2. those in sheer desperation looking for a way out. Anyone fitting the #2 category needs to realize, very rapidly, that they cannot be in that condition and join our ranks. They can be on the outskirts and use and learn our information but they need to evolve as men and women before they will be allowed to enter our ranks. The last thing we need is infants and persons of unsound mind wasting our time. This code is written in an effort to give everyone, but more specifically people like that, the basic philosophical information needed to change that thinking pattern. This code shows you what is the basic composure of a Pickletarian and those who would not have these things would not be a member… it’s that simple.

One of the reasons you see me go onto so many shows (over 150 shows at the writing of this), is because I’m always trying to improve my ability to speak about this information and introduce it to new people. The shows that I go on should be a visual example of how to speak with people regarding this information. But in order to be able to do so, you have to be in the right frame of mind… which is exactly what this code is meant to explain. So this entire code is basically me attempting to put my own mind into words so that others can emulate it or embody it in order to help them achieve the same goals that I have.

Let’s get into it.

1. Peace

Peace is often thought of, conceptually, as an inaction. "Lack of violence or strife" is how most people think of the word. But to us, we know better. The word "peace" is a world of tremendous velocity and action.

In Black’s Law 4th Edition, “peace” is defined as the following:

The tranquility enjoyed by a political society, internally by the good order which reigns among its members, and externally by the good understanding it has with all other nations. Applied to the internal regulations of a nation, peace imports, in a technical sense, not merely a state of repose and security as opposed to one of violence or warfare, but likewise a state of public order and decorum.

So, by breaking this down, we see that peace has 2 major subclasses: 1. Good order among its members and; 2. Good understanding with all other nations.

We have excellent internal order. Frankly, this has never been an issue. People enter our ranks pissed off and ready to take on the world and, in just a matter of days or weeks, that flame is converted into a calm desire to perform and demand performance… with a smile on their face. And this is exactly what is required to really win. This first item of “good order among its members” has been achieved and I do not want to make it seem like this is something we need to “work on,” because we most certainly do not.

Number 2, “good understanding with all other nations,” is essentially at the core of a Pickletarian and of The Amnesty Coalition. This is the “activity” of which is the external product of peace. By saying you are increasing your understanding of the world around you and sharing that understanding would be the exact “product” of a Pickletarian. No different than a plumber’s product might be “a functional toilet,” or a engineer’s product might be “a usable bridge that gives public confidence of its stability and functionality.” A Pickletarian “shares information that increases understanding between individuals and groups.” Even just a simple discussion that causes a stubborn person to think about these various terms and ideas is plenty. This does not mean massive and complete conversion… this means by taking someone even who is entirely certain about hateful and spiteful things and just barely moving that needle over to gentle questioning would be considered a huge success for a Pickletarian. This should not be construed to require massive change. Even just having a conversation with someone that gets them thinking can be considered as an excellent product in our ranks.

A Pickletarian essentially “gets the engine started.” Meaning, we take old computers and engines (meaning people) that don’t run or run poorly and we kick start the engines. We GET PEOPLE THINKING, then ideally, from there, we GET PEOPLE TALKING. This, in essence would be evidence that we have achieved our product. This doesn’t often need to be something shocking, but it very well could be. We are willing to do what is required to gain attention then use that attention to spread understanding and awareness.

Peace could be described as "the sharing of one's own inner confidence." It could be defined as "the assistance of our fellow man." It could be defined in so many ways... all of them would, intrinsically, be synonymous with "help."

There are many problems with help, though. Primarily the meaning of the word. Most people would define help as “to assist another to become more in line with what WE THINK will be good for them.” This is a massive area of failure and a Pickletarian does not think like that at all. That sort of thinking is for cavemen and the insane. The way a Pickletarian defines help would be: “learning what it is that a person is trying to do then making a personal determination if we would like to assist them in that journey.” THAT IS THE DEFINITION FOR AN ADULT. THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF KINGS. We owe no one and we do not operate from a point of desperation. We truly do operate on the idea that, as long as it won’t hurt anyone else, everyone has the right to do as they please with their life (even destroy it).

One of the biggest breakthroughs on the subject of help is available through understanding something very profound. And this has to do with the delusion of intent.

King Pickle has talked and interacted with tons of people... cops, judges, government workers, etc. And the number one thing I have learned is that the amount of ignorance is truly staggering. When someone begins to learn this information, they are very quick to think that other people knew about all this and they deliberately did not tell him in order to enslave him. After years of being a ground soldier to this movement, and being the figurehead of this cult (I’m very proud to use that word, by the way, as it is the basis of a “culture”), I can tell you with complete certainty that this couldn’t be farther from the truth.

The real truth is, if you care to park your emotions for just a moment and pry into the minds of others (which is quite fun), that no one has a clue. No one knows what money is, no one knows what a negotiable instrument is, no one knows what a “person” is, no one knows what a credit card does, no one knows what a bill is, no one understands naturalization or citizenship… frankly you’ll probably wind up crying when you finally realize the truth. You will place your hands over your face and weep like a child. And at this point you will be reborn… this is the exact technical point when someone truly becomes one of our ranks.

Prior to this point, while there is still a large amount of anger and frustration, you may join our ranks and be very quiet about that anger. You realize that displaying that anger, externally, will have you removed from the group. This is very true, but at the same time that anger is very natural. What needs to occur is you need to get yourself through that “anger phase” as quickly and as rapidly as possible. The way you do this is very simple:

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SIMPLY TEST PEOPLE AND ASK THEM QUESTIONS TO GUAGE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THESE VARIOUS SUBJECTS. ASK QUESTIONS WITH CHILD-LIKE CURIOSITY. ACT DUMB AND DO NOT TRY TO EDUCATE OR ARGUE. SIMPLY ASK QUESTIONS OF PEOPLE THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWERS TO AND YOU WILL FIND OUT, VERY RAPIDLY, THAT I AM RIGHT. WHY WOULD SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ALL ABOUT NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS WORK AS A TELLER IN A BANK FOR $20 AN HOUR? WHY WOULD SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO NEGOTIATE UNCONDITIONAL PROMISES TO PAY BE ANSWERING PHONES AT THE IRS? YOU NEED TO REALIZE THE REALITY THAT WE LIVE IN WHICH IS A COMPLETE IGNORANT NIGHTMARE. IT IS STUPIDITY AND DELUSION TO SUCH AN EXTREME LEVEL THAT PEOPLE ARE ESSENTIALLY ROBOTIC AUTOMOTONS THAT CHECK BOXES OR FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS. PEOPLE ARE LIKE CHILDREN OR DOGS, IN A WAY, AND SCREAMING AND ATTACKING THEM IS ENTIRELY POINTLESS.

A Pickletarian, once this final conversion takes place, typically begins to experience a separation from the life he/she is currently living. Meaning, the current job, family, friends, etc start to drift away and become more difficult to sustain. This is a natural occurrence and someone saying that this is occurring due to the nature of this cult is silly due to the fact that we pride ourselves on a “fuck you, leave if you don’t like it” attitude. There is not one shred of desire, by our group, to hold people in. In fact, this group will eventually, once it becomes more established, become something that is almost impossible to get into and something that people are thrown out of without even a warning. That is my idea of an ideal group… I would rather be by myself then be surrounded by the weak. Like I have said over and over: “I like having you all around but I would be doing this even if I was entirely alone so it’s irrelevant to my basic actions and intentions.” Once you become an annoyance or are useless to the group, you should be disposed of.

My personal nightmare would be something where I say what to do and everyone follows me. My personal nightmare would be to become the “mind” of this organization in a way where it becomes something like a “hive mind” where my thoughts trickle down into the “masses” who do what I say. What I require of a Pickletarian is COMPLETE AUTONOMY, COMPLETE CONFIDENCE and COMPLETE DEVOTION TO THE INTENTIONS OF OUR GROUP. Anything less than that and I would sooner close the nearest window and throw someone right through it… I don’t need your bullshit, I don’t need your unconditional promises to pay… I need nothing from you.

2. Definitions

It goes without saying that definitions lie at the very core of everything we do.

The definition of “definition” is: “the limitations or boundaries of meaning.”

Most people drift through their entire life not knowing how money works, how credit cards work, how banks work, how business works, how love and relationships work… or anything else. They walk through their entire life in a daze of presumptions and delusions.

This is a cage that a Pickletarian is violently opposed to living in. And he also strongly prefers if others do not, either.

Most people are so fragile when it comes to feelings of failure or being wrong that, when asked to define their meanings of various words or ideas, they become upset or enraged… they imagine that you are attempting to lead them down some dark alley or to undermine their opinions or something. This is justifiable due to the fact that almost everything from birth to death is some kind of a betrayal… factually. A Pickletarian acknowledges the difficulties of this insane planet.

A Pickletarian is a social sniper of the highest class… able to hit his mark with precision that most people have never seen in their entire life. A Pickletarian can get a person interested in the meanings of words in a way that makes a person feel admired and listened to… in a “show and tell” sort of space where the definitions and meanings of words like “love” and “want” can be hashed out rapidly. The greatest salespeople on Earth are Pickletarians. A Pickletarian is rapidly trusted because his personal presumption of abundance allows him to accept people the way they are, without a necessity to control them.

In dating, for example, a male Pickletarian has a tendency to practically vaporize the clothing off of women. How, you ask? By simply asking a woman her definition of “love” then talking about how and why she came to that definition. “Love” is a word that is very unique, in that it has no real objective definition and there’s not really any such thing as a “wrong” definition, necessarily. I mean, I suppose in extreme circumstances, you could get a definition like “to be beaten,” but even that would be interesting to a Pickletarian because he would wonder how or why that got so twisted into someone’s psyche.

The barriers or limits of meaning stretch into every area of life. Let’s take sales for example…

We could have a barrier to the close of a sale such as “it’s too expensive.” A Pickletarian would be QUITE shocked by such an idea! “Too expensive?” he would think. “Why does this person have such a limitation on unconditional promises to pay that he believes this delusional scarcity. Hmm… we must speak about negotiable instruments.” To us, this would be like an emergency victim being rolled into our Emergency Room and we’re the only doctor on late night duty!

“The individual sitting in front of us has a scarcity of negotiable instruments. HOW FASCINATING! How is this possible?”

Obviously, this is a very strange train of thought to most people… but this is how a true Pickletarian would think about the subject. Then his fascination would extend into asking the person what they believe a Federal Reserve Note is and how it is created. A Pickletarian wouldn’t be able to help himself… his excitement and enthusiasm to obliterate this delusion would overwhelm him. His external interest would be an unstoppable and insuppressible flow of energy that would literally animate the dead. A Pickletarian literally redefines the idea of “someone who cares.”

“Someone who cares,” in a society which is entirely insane, is typically defined as “someone who shows empathy or sympathy.” In other words, “a sharing or mirroring of psychosis.” This is absolutely disgusting to a Pickletarian because we demand of ourselves to be effective. We demand performance of ourselves and we demand performance of others. To go into an agreement (sympathy) over the idea of someone’s weakness or excuses to fail is laughable! We are not interested in the 16 year elevator ride DOWN that would be required to even try to connect to such garbage.

By simply our presence alone, due to our tremendous inquisitive nature into the limits and boundaries of meaning, we are fleshy mobile lighthouses. We illuminate our world. We are martial artists in the world of communications and diplomatic relations. We are the rehabilitators of curiosity and the reanimators of the dead.

3. Abundance

The ultimate state of mind of a Pickletarian is abundance. Abundance is a mentality, not a physical reality. It is… in its most basic sense… a delusion.

All anger, fear, frustration, etc is all based out of a scarcity mindset in relation to that thing. For example: you get pulled over and you are nervous because you don’t want the officer to take (steal) your car. This is a valid concern. But if you knew how to indorse negotiable instruments, you could get all the free cars you want. If you knew how to put together some basic litigation, you could sue to get yourself a perfect credit score. So, once you understand this basic information, the idea of your car being scarce goes away. If you have an abundant mindset in relation to cars, most of that fear begins to subside. This lack of fear allows the analytical mind to process information at its highest capacity. This is what is demanded of a Pickletarian.

We strive to be the greatest thinkers and communicators that this world has ever seen. This state is not achieved through the clouds of fear, resentment, hostility or anything else. It is achieved by understanding the state of the world and realizing their own personal power through words and knowledge. Force is used by the ignorant; a Pickletarian uses grace.

A Pickletarian should be able to tell you exactly what he plans on doing, even if it puts him at a disadvantage or counterattack, then be able to gracefully pirouette to the side during any counter attack (with a smile, mind you), and disarm his opponent without harming them in any way. This is the ultimate power that is being worked towards. The ultimate romance. We do not use force… we are seduction itself. You will be happy while we disarm you.

The encapsulation of a Pickletarian is beautifully said in this quote by Zan Perrion in his incredible book, The Alabaster Girl:

Seduction leads the holy crusade against the creeping compromise of mediocrity, because seduction is honest. Seduction will save us from our sins against beauty, because seduction is our real selves shining. To be seduced is to be amazed, caught up, transformed. It is the ultimate calling of our hearts, the only true romance. And we are missing it on the earth, in all our relationships, in our entire lives. We are missing the seduction of our women, the seduction of our wives, the seduction of ourselves, the seduction of our very souls.

There are many people who have mountains of “cash” and still behave as though they are poor. There are many people who have lots of sex and still act insatiable. There are many people with eating disorders where they overeat constantly and cannot stop. This is all evidence that abundance is not made in the physical realm… it is made in your mind. Can physical means be used to help you adjust what is in your mind? Of course. But just because physical means arrive does not necessarily mean that the mind will change. Look at lottery winners, for example. They typically win and then, within just a handful of years, it’s all gone and they are right back to the same style of life they were living previously. This is because becoming the holder of a large sum of unconditional promises to pay did not improve their awareness or knowledge of themselves or anything else. Their mind is the “default” of their existence.

Words like “want,” for example, set the stage. Let’s examine this word as an excellent example of abundance v. scarcity:

One of the definitions is: “have a desire to possess or do (something); wish for.”

But we have another one here: “a lack or deficiency of something.”

To want means, in the same sentence, “to not have.” So by saying you “want” something you are also saying that you don’t have it… often times it also means that you CAN’T have it.

Examples for a male might be a sexy girl in tight jeans or a nice sports car. “Boy, I WANT that.” But in that same moment the questions arise: “why couldn’t you have it?”

A Pickletarian might say something like he “wants” a particular thing, but in that same breath he would be putting together a plan of action or figuring out what he needs to understand or find out in order to have it.

One of the key aspects of a Pickletarian is his understanding of something very key and very simple: in life, the most exciting thing is the journey to achieve that of which is desired. Once you get it, typically the magic disappears.

A seasoned Pickletarian would say “I want that woman” literally just for the feeling of wanting her. Just to turn on the excitement and thrill of trying to figure out how to get her. But the actual acquiring of her would not be that important or needed. She could go or stay or do whatever she wants and the desire of wanting her and the activities around wanting her were the real prize. The outcome of that desire is irrelevant.

A Pickletarian is a dangerous romancer, there is no question about it. Everyone can feel it.

4. Obligation

Obligation is defined as: “an act or course of action to which a person is morally or legally bound; a duty or commitment.”

But what this particular point is referring to is those areas of your life that you feel obligation to for no real reason. Feeling an obligation to a toxic family or feeling obligation to a job that treats you like disposable trash is not good.

A Pickletarian is quite careful about contractual obligations, to be certain, but he is also very keen to internal feelings regarding obligation. For example, feeling as though he needs to do something against his will. A Pickletarian is keen to how someone may manipulate him to make him feel like he has an obligation in an effort to control him. His own sense of ethics is weaponized against him, which is a rampant issue in law and in life. A Pickletarian is very keen to this and questions these sorts of feelings in an attempt to verify them.

A Pickletarian understands that all of life is a series of trust actions where he is either the trustee or the beneficiary in whatever activity is taking place. Things that do not benefit him are eliminated and things that he cannot benefit are also eliminated. Anything that violates the basic idea of a trust is either swiftly corrected or eliminated. There is no room for excuses as to why or how this very simple system cannot work or doesn’t work. There is no excuse for family, sexy women, handsome men, government agencies or anything else. There is no negotiation in the very same way that there is no negotiating with the laws of gravity.

The ultimate right of man is the right to benefit others and the right to be benefitted. This is truly how simple law is, in its most basic idea.

5. Balance

Balance is in reference to the masculine desire to smash through anything to achieve a goal in relation to the feminine desire to look around the room and be concerned with everyone else that may be affected. We are a balance of these two energies without dipping too far onto one side creating inaction on the feminine end or destruction on the masculine end.

These two energies are essentially co-mingled in a Pickletarian. It’s a mixture of Mother Teresa with Genghis Khan. There is no room for total inaction and there is no room for total unmitigated destruction. A Pickletarian is always somewhere in the middle.

There is never an excuse for anyone to do anything because of their gender, there is always the presumption of potential ability. But there are naturally certain areas preferred by the gender-structure. Women typically gravitate more towards diplomatic relations and immunity while men tend to move more towards warfare and litigation. Both are equally important and both are available to anyone who seeks them.

6. Intent

Here are a couple interesting definitions of “intent”:

1. "Intent" in legal sense is purpose to use particular means to effect certain result; whereas, "motive" is reason which leads minds to desire that result. United Fidelity Life Ins. Co. v. Adair, Tex.Civ.App., 29 S. W.2d 940, 943.

2. "Intent" expresses mental action at its most advanced point, or as it actually accompanies an outward, corporal act which has been determined on. Intent shows the presence of will in the act which consummates a crime. It is the exercise of intelligent will, the mind being fully aware of the nature and consequences of the act which is about to be done, and with such knowledge, and with full liberty of action, willing and electing to do it. Burrill, Circ.Ev. 284, and notes.

The idea that intent “expresses mental action at its most advanced point” is a truly enlightened description and probably beyond anything more I can add to the discussion.

“Awareness of intent” is one of the primary things that shows who is a Pickletarian and who is not. The sharpness and ability to control one’s intent is one of the most well-oiled tools of a Pickletarian. Skill and competence with intent is primary in the road to being of our ranks.

A Pickletarian is always checking and clarifying his own intent while at the same time checking and clarifying the intent of others. WHY is someone doing what they are doing is not a question asked only when looking to invalidate someone (which is typically when people ask that), but we ask to simply gain a deeper insight into the reasoning behind actions.

If we cannot determine why something is happening or why someone is doing something, we presume the intent is being hidden due to the shame or guilt behind the originating party. There is no such thing as a “coincidence” to a Pickletarian and any attempt at labeling something as such is mentally classified as gaslighting. There is a motive behind all intentions and evil intentions are born from a motive to harm others. It is that simple and a Pickletarian is the LAST person you want around this kind of thing because he has a strong tendency to dig it up and expose it.

7. Responsibility

“Responsibility” is a word that is used by the ignorant (or the insane) in an attempt to place themself in the moral high-ground over another person in an effort to control them through shame and guilt. It’s very sad that this is the truth of the matter, but that truth is unavoidable. In a world which is insane, the word “responsibility” is a word of war.

The legal definition is the following:

The obligation to answer for an act done, and to repair any injury it may have caused. - Blacks’ Law 4th Edition

In the 1.0 Contract Killer Course, I believe I defined the word as “the ability to respond.” Which is definitely a fascinating idea, even still.

But a Pickletarian knows better than to use this word due to the sheer amount of betrayal and destruction it has caused in the lives of most people. Without openly discussing the word’s definition prior to its use, the word itself is typically used to overwhelm the person it is being used on. For this reason, a true Pickletarian will describe “responsibility” in another way.

Some examples might be “the process whereby an individual realizes that they control their environment.” Or maybe “a state of awareness which regulates and controls their perception of the environment.” The word should be described or explained in a way that makes the person RIGHT, rather than attempts to make them WRONG.

Talking about “responsibility” is the height of social surgery and a Pickletarian should be quite proud when he or she can speak on this subject in a meaningful way that does not cause the social structure to deteriorate. This is evidence of excellent skill, indeed.

The ultimate level of responsibility is simply knowing that you have the ability to increase your skills and learn to overcome any difficulty in your life. That alone would be an empowering idea behind the word. It is only a willful prevention of that which causes the downfall of an individual, which is exactly what you see in the movie Sovereign. A complete certainty that you could repair any possible damage that you may do is the baseline for a Pickletarian. A confidence of being valuable and effective lies under that certainty. Even if you aren’t sure on most things, a Pickletarian is pretty sure he can figure it out… most of the time by simply establishing correct definitions.

It is shocking to a Pickletarian how one incorrect definition, such as the definition of “persons” in the first clause of the 14th Amendment, can be the cause of generations of complete destruction. This is evidence of the power of the mind.

8. Fun and Beauty

“Fun” and “beauty” go hand in hand. Which may sound a bit strange to you but let me explain…

One of the main issues with the sovereignty movement is the lack of fun and beauty. It quickly devolves into this strong, angry, forceful situation. Which, in it’s most basic element, is no different than the energy the police often have. We need to set ourselves far apart from that by realizing the power of art and beauty.

People do not want someone screaming at them or to have to deal with an angry person. It’s simply not pleasurable. The desire becomes “how to I get away from this person or handle them as rapidly as possible so that I can get out of this situation.”

But a Pickletarian is not treated this way, even when he begins to share the information or explain shocking things. Just the sheer excitement and love that a Pickletarian has for the information, combined with his ability to listen and understand the problems of others, makes for an irresistible opportunity. A Pickletarian presumes something VERY powerful, which is:

“The person in front of me does not know anything about what I’m about to help them understand, but I’m absolutely positive that they have the capacity to understand it!”

That presumption is the fuel that makes a Pickletarian so fascinating. This is the presumption that slices through self-esteem issues like hot butter. The reason why is you aren’t presuming that they are “dumb” or “stupid,” you are simply presuming they have never had the OVERWHELMING PLEASURE of being presented this glorious information!

Most attorneys-at-law use presumptions to undermine and destroy others. A Pickletarian uses presumptions to unlock tremendous power in others. A Pickletarian presumes the potential for competence.

Fun and beauty have a certain “lightness” about them… a certainty… a friendliness. It’s literally art being infused into the subject of communication. This presumption allows the conversation to move into this kind of energy… which is very powerful.

Life is only heavy and serious if we have scarcity mindsets in various areas of life. Those scarcity mindsets shine through in our words and actions. Rather than attempt to move through life like that, it’s best to address those scarcity points directly first, then we can enjoy life without the necessity of that.

A Pickletarian has fun doing almost anything. He knows that a moment devoid of fun is a symptom of a life he has already lost. Even something so simple as the sound pages make in a book when you turn them is something worth celebrating. This is truly the difference between a breakable man and an invincible man. A man who enjoys everything and can do anything with a smile is the one most feared by the tyrant. He cannot be subverted and he cannot be defeated.

9. Fulfillment

A basic definition of fulfillment is: “the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted.”

Most people live their entire lives revolving around consumption. The consumption of various movies, music, food, etc, without much of a thought as to what they are putting out into the world. The depression that is rampant in society is essentially as simple as “factually worthless people wrestling with and attempting to justify their own existence.” This could almost even be a definition that could define all mental issues.

Memes abound all over the internet regarding things that promote being paid or getting something of value while giving out or producing as little as possible. The entire banking industry is based upon this premise and they are the ones pushing this premise into society in an effort to justify their own psychotic behavior.

A Pickletarian is ready for the idea of something like an AMEX Black Card or infinite currency because he knows that he would use it for the betterment of mankind. He would not become a worthless lump, as most people in this mindset would presume, but he would use that power and energy to rapidly change the world.

A Pickletarian does not think of the ideas of “exchange goods/services for unconditional promises to pay” like most of the unthinking automatons of Earth. A Pickletarian views exchange as more of a spiritual and philosophical discussion.

Primarily, a Pickletarian would be keen to find out what exactly someone BELIEVES they are lacking or desire. Knowing that this lack or desire is based in some kind of misunderstanding, he would attempt to solve that lack or desire by bridging the informational gap. He would do this without necessarily thinking that “he should be given unconditional promises to pay in exchange for his service,” but he would do it simply with a complete and utter certainty that he is buying his own karma. He knows he will be “paid,” and his preference of payment comes in other forms. He is not fettered by the worshipping of unconditional promises to pay. He may desire love, he may desire admiration, he may desire attention… but he is never willing to sacrifice his own ethics or sense of honor for some laughable unconditional promises to pay. This is not to say that he may ask for unconditional promises to pay, but this is simply an enlightened and expansive idea on what “currency” really is… meaning anything exchangeable and of value. To a Pickletarian, the most valuable thing to most people, which are unconditional promises to pay, are actually very low on the list of value to us.

The world has a very odd view to a Pickletarian, this is exactly why his friendships and relationships often break down at the beginning of this transformation. The interests and motivations of life, he quickly realizes, are beyond laughable and are entirely meaningless. The idea of working 30 years to “pay off” a mortgage or to “go to school to get a good job” or to “climb the corporate ladder” are ideas that make him laugh so hard he has trouble standing up and may roll around on the floor gasping for breath. This is humor of the highest caliber!

The fulfillment of a Pickletarian lies in internal subjects that have not been talked about in our society in a long, long time.

Words like “ideals,” “valor,” and “pride” are some examples of the lofty words that are contemplated once the vapid humor of “consumerism” is cast to the wayside.

Not to say that consumerism is not a fun game… it most certainly can be. But a Pickletarian sees the futility of working for the rest of his life in order to become the holder of a bunch of unconditional promises to pay when he could simply manufacture them with a pen.

No doubt that this mentality is a lonely place. The Pickletarian, once the transformation completes, often finds himself looking for a new tribe in every area of life. This is a very real and unavoidable problem. One should expect this problem and prepare for it, not fight it. He knows it is coming and he plans to its arrival.

A Pickletarian is very careful to not allow this new status to turn into an air of superiority… which can happen very quickly and very easily. Modesty is the bridge needed to effectively share the information and, since sharing the information is a necessity for a Pickletarian, modesty itself becomes a cornerstone of operations. This allows for smooth delivery of communication. Without modesty, the Pickletarian will live a life of tremendous frustration and depression.

It is a natural reaction to the frustrations and loneliness of life to assume delusions of grandeur as a defensive mechanism… meaning to assume a “I’m better than them and they are just stupid!” mentality in an effort to justify your own inability to share effectively. But this is the most definite death to the psyche! A Pickletarian rapidly realizes he is doing such a thing and corrects course, no different than a plane that is careening into the side of a mountain.

One of the most important backbone ideas that we operate on is this:

Explaining things to others is the ultimate test of our own knowledge. If we are not able to explain and share the information, then this is evidence that we need to either review the information or review our delivery of the information. We are social engineers with our flow charts and our graphs. We break down the interaction… maybe even video it to review it later! We look for ways to master our delivery and master the knowledge. We are true professionals of our trade and also working on improving that professional attitude.

When I first started doing shows, I would review them over and over. I would watch a 2-3 hour show 2-4 times per day. That’s become less and less over the years and now I can do a show practically drunk and asleep. But I still will review shows many, many times if it’s a new addition to a presentation or I’m adjusting it. I’m always checking the volume, pace, intensity, etc. There is always something to improve.

Knowing his own power and being a sharer of information, in a fun and engaging way, is the ultimate sense of accomplishment and fulfillment for a Pickletarian. He knows he is buying his own karma and also he learns the information better, himself, by explaining it and sharing it. He knows if he can’t effectively share it then he doesn’t really know it!

10. Understanding

Most people believe, falsely, that they “understand” something by simply comparing it to something they are already familiar with. Then they automatically attribute the understanding of the more familiar subject to the unfamiliar subject. While this is a completely natural mechanism and impossible to stop or prevent, a Pickletarian is well aware of the pitfalls of this type of behavior and prepares for its inevitable arrival.

The marketing technology called “positioning,” which is highly important and should be known by all Pickletarians, was developed based upon this mental function. Al Ries’ books and information are an excellent and highly important study for any Pickletarian looking to master his tools. His work can be found at: https://www.alries.com/positioning

This idea of learning something quickly by comparing it to something more known is something that every Pickletarian expects upon first contact. He knows that this will occur and, ideally, he already knows a subject that the person is familiar with and he rapidly finds a way to relate this information to that body of information that the person is familiar with. Then FROM THAT POINT he can expand further upon the information and show differences, etc. A Pickletarian knows that he MUST establish that initial line of comparison FIRST prior to being able to speak of the depth of his knowledge. This is a professional skill and a common courtesy that Pickletarians deliver with smoothness and delight… and no one in the room even notices him doing it.

Another tool of effective communication that a Pickletarian is very keen on is personification. A great example of this would be Carrol Shelby and his AC Cobra, Shelby Daytona Coupe, GT350 and GT500 cars with Ford.

Companies like Chevy took the Corvette and made the Z06 and ZR1 editions. Dodge did the “Hellcat” and the “Demon.” But whatever overpaid marketing agencies or in-house knuckleheads who came up with that trash should be taken out back and shot. What a Pickletarian attempts to do is PERSONIFY things by connecting explanations or information to people (real or imagined).

Every single time I get into my 2009 Shelby GT500 (straight-piped) and fire it up, I just think “MERICA.” Because Carrol Shelby was the literal soul of America. Hard working, engineering, competitive, tenacious, friendly and TOOK NO BULLSHIT. Carrol Shelby was a man with a vision and there was nothing in this world that was going to stop him from achieving his goals.

The idea of a Shelby is intrinsically tied in with the idea of a man who was larger than life. A man who perfectly embodied the American spirit. And it was an absolutely brilliant marketing move. After his death in 2012, the Shelby GT500 gradually became this disaster in 2020 where it only became available with an automatic transmission (fucking disgusting)… the ultimate affront to the Shelby name. Prior to 2020, I don’t believe there was even a single Shelby that was even OFFERED in automatic. As it should be! Because this car was not just a car… it was designed to be an experience. An American experience. And I’m sure Carroll Shelby fought tooth and nail to make the car much crazier than how it was actually released. In fact, I have heavily modified mine to be the perfect Shelby and I think if Carrol was still here with us, he would be absolutely thrilled to sign my dashboard.

Reading that previous paragraph may have been fascinating to you… you may have even looked up his name if you were unfamiliar with his legacy. There was an incredible movie made in 2019 about his life with an A-list cast called “Ford Versus Ferrari,” telling the tale of Mr. Shelby’s exciting experience in building and perfecting his glorious AC Cobra. These sorts of long-winded explanations and deep fascinating histories are not available for something as drab as a “Demon” or “ZR1.” These are “just cars.” But a Pickletarian is a wizard and can turn any “car” into a whimsical experience.

A Pickletarian is a story-teller. He weaves together interesting tidbits and relates them to the lives of others. He personifies and spices up the most mundane subjects to the point where people are on the edge of their seat… and they don’t even notice. He brings light into the minds of others and makes time entirely cease to exist in the room. He bends all the rules, and maybe even breaks a few! But all in the name of benefiting others and being, himself, benefitted.

11. Courage

A Pickletarian does not pretend that he has no fear in order to be macho. He uses his fear to paint a picture. He never attempts to be inhuman… he is proud of his humanity. He uses his fear to connect with others and he never allows that fear to prevent him from doing WHAT HE KNOWS IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

Fear is nothing more than a pitstop to valor.

“Valor” is defined as: “great courage in the face of danger or adversity.” This world describes a Pickletarian FLAWLESSLY.

Fear is an expected guest on the way to performing something meaningful. It is a growth up and out of the “comfort zone.”

A more “heady” Pickletarian may even quantify how far outside of his comfort zone he is going. He may say to himself that he is unwilling to go much above what he would consider maybe 10% outside of his comfort zone, but he also doesn’t want to dip too much below 5% outside. So he may, in a slow and steady manner, operate right around that 5-10% zone outside of his comfort zone. This is entirely fine. A Pickletarian is not necessary defined by monstrous leaps outside of his comfort zone. He is more concerned with steady, sustained gains… rather than explosive activities that leave him in flaming fleshy chunks afterwards.

Some Pickletarians definely live on the wild side and enjoy being far outside this comfort zone… particularly men. It make us feel alive… it makes us feel like men. We are besting our fear and conquering the world! This is perfectly acceptable but it should not be acted as though this is what is expected… it most certainly is not.

Sustained and stable growth… moving into more and more activities and tests… that is what is required for a Pickletarian. A Pickletarian is not inactive! This is not possible.

12. Giving

A Pickletarian has an innate sense of karma. He or she knows that the best way to guarantee that you get what you want is to simply give others what they want. This is common sense karma.

But “giving other people what they want” can be a tricky proposition, due to the rampant lack of self-esteem. What people think they want is often just evidence that they are an infant or person of unsound mind. The novice Pickletarian will then attempt to shift the desires of that person in an attempt to have them point their goals and intent in a “better” direction. The seasoned Pickletarian smiles and “seeds” the information. Meaning, he leaves behind maybe a link to some additional information and extends his hand if they have a change in desire, but does not waste his time in trying to rehabilitate the suicidal.

A Pickletarian’s time is valuable… he always extends his hand but is VERY careful to never OVER-extend it! He is a man bearing gifts but never attempts to force those gifts on others. His simply offers and, if his offers are denied, he does not try again until it is very plain that the person has had a change of heart. There is no scarcity of people interested in this information… there is no scarcity of people looking for real solutions to the problems of life. A Pickletarian knows there is a line wrapped all the way around the world to get this information and he has no obligation to anyone, even his own family, loved ones or business partners.

A Pickletarian, striving to always operate from a position of abundance, never softballs a situation he cares strongly about. A 20 year marriage will be placed on the chopping block, if necessary. The Pickletarian may be crying so profusely that he can barely see, but he will still execute the marriage with a guillotine, without too much hesitation, if he can no longer serve his spouse and if his spouse can no longer serve him. There can be tremendous sadness and fear, but a Pickletarian is able to force his way through that storm and perform in alignment with his goals, intentions and ethics. The only way to stop him is to kill him.

13. Self-esteem

A Pickletarian displays his inner world through external means.

He displays in his body, home and objects how he feels about himself. He represents himself as a member of our collective. He allows his pride in his goals to shine through the way he moves through life. This does not mean gaudy gold chains and Lamborghinis and diamond-encrusted smiles. This means a basic presentation proving self-respect in all areas such as basic hygiene, repaired car and home, no loose junk cluttering up his home or car, etc.

People treat their world the same way that their mind works internally. People instinctually know this. Having a lot of clutter around just means you have a lot of clutter in your mind. A broken and dirty car or home is evidence of things being broken and dirty within the mind. This isn’t always the case because you do have the unique insane person that is utterly obsessed with presentation, reputation and perception… all in an effort to deceive. We are careful to look for evidence beyond appearances but we, ourselves, have a baseline that shows externally that we are at least decently “put together.”

I may even go so far as to say that most Pickletarians are probably minimalists in its most basic sense. Owning a bunch of stuff or junk is just more stuff to have to take care of. The scarcity mindset of “if I own lots of stuff then people will like me or think I’m successful and open more doors for me” is not really that realistic. It is true, as it’s something talked about by people like Dan S. Pena, Andrew Tate, etc, that by having expensive things you are taken more seriously. It’s not that we don’t believe that. It’s just that we have enough self-confidence and self-esteem that we don’t need any of that to establish credibility. We are performance-obsessed… which alone is endlessly more powerful than any amount of perception.

The kinds of people that are perception-centric are the kinds of people we don’t care much to associate with, anyways. So by being moderately perception-friendly but highly performance-friendly, we attract the kinds of people that we would like to work with: people with a strong desire and passion to understand and to become effective.

But to be specific, this does not mean that people who are more perception-centric cannot also be performance-centric… not at all. The above is said mainly to break this idea that you need to have the perception of success prior to success becoming real. Our idea of “success” is something we have already attained: which is simply love, passion, certainty and competence with our trade. Other people giving us unconditional promises to pay is irrelevant to that.

We manufacture unconditional promises and orders to pay so we have no need or desire to put up a certain perception in order to gain trust in order to have unconditional promises to pay tendered to us. That whole operating basis of life, which 99% of people are obsessed with, is not necessarily a part of our daily life. Sure, it might be near the beginning of our transformation… but it rapidly falls away as the primary driving force of our activities.

Personally, I could care less if no one even gave me another dime. I know they will and I know I have people lined up around the world to work with me, but there is no NECESSITY to do so. There is no NECESSITY to operate in commerce. Yes, it is an option… I COULD do it… but it doesn’t have the same gleam that it used to back when I thought I had money in my pocket and I was mind-bendingly delusional.

The kinds of things that people normally get involved in once they become billionaires, like Tom when he sold MySpace, is where we are at naturally. He began to travel the world and leaned into doing photography. You can find Tom (who you may not have seen for a while!) here: https://www.instagram.com/myspacetom/

People who don’t have much of a concern regarding unconditional promises and orders to pay live an entirely different life. Most people believe they need to become the holder of a great number of unconditional promises to pay in order to achieve this type of thinking. Well, we know that’s not true at all and we can think like that immediately and we want to share that superpower with others.

The “matrix” to us is clear. We really do see the code of the Matrix itself and that code simply says “PERFORM IN COMMERCE TO RECEIVE UNCONDITIONAL PROMISES TO PAY.” But we have all become our own autonomous Neos by simply stepping out of that. Just like it was said in The Matrix movie: Neo says: “What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge bullets” and Morpheus responds with: “no, Neo. I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you won't have to.” We don’t need to dodge unconditional orders to pay… we are the kings of the financial world.

The entire commercial negotiable instrument system is design to crush our souls… to make us forget about the art that we want to create… the art that we love. Pickletarians are ushering in an artistic renaissance… one that will go down in the history books forever.

Having the burden of financials off our back, including the burden of things like taxation and endless paperwork, allow us to have more bandwidth… then using that bandwidth to share the information and help others is the mathematical equation that adds up to a tremendous potential for self-esteem. This is what people find so alluring about a Pickletarian. Often times we are the first time that a person has ever met someone who has zero fear or difficulties with financials… which is terrifically shocking and creates a curiosity on how this could be possible. The idea of us taking a $500,000 IRS bill, laughing and rolling it into a cigarette is the most incredible thing most people have ever seen! Our very presence and existence bring that curiosity back to people that they may not have really felt since they were children.

14. The Soul of the United States of America

A Pickletarian has only one wife, the spirit of the glorious USA. You do not need to be in North America to experience this beautiful spirit... if she calls to you and you embrace her... she is yours and you are hers.

According to the Army Training manual from 1928 called TM 2000-25, the United States of America was the first successful experiment in self-governance. And this is entirely true. Through the Magna Charta, we created groups called states that formed individual sovereign nations that were entirely managed by the people inside them by using the grand jury indictment system.

The true heart and soul of the USA is found through researching the country prior to the outbreak of the Civil War. Prior to 1860 we find the woman we love, in all her glory.

Understanding how we failed this woman and the timeline of her degradation is the heart and soul of our movement. Our interest in understanding and saving her is paramount to all thoughts and ambitions.

The more we learn about her, the faster we can save her from permanent demise. She is gasping for breath and drowning in her own blood, but she’s not gone yet. A Pickletarian knows there isn’t much time left for her and he is operating each day knowing that the only way to help her is by increasing awareness of her existence and operation. As her true nature is realized by more and more people, she is that much more reborn… each inch that she is reborn is one inch that this insane nightmare we are in dies.

One inch of resurrection for her equals one inch of death to the current system. This is a mathematical thought that is always being processed in the back of the mind of a Pickletarian.

We are the group that will save her. One of the most effective ways is by simply being known as the group with solutions and a real alternative to the matrix nightmare of the 2-party system and the supposed “democracy.” By seeding in the minds of others, when they are betrayed (which never takes long by the insane current system) then they become very likely to enter our ranks.

Recently, a great example is this whole scandal involving the Jeffrey Epstein client list. The government has come out recently saying there is no list, which has caused an explosive outrage amongst Trump-supporters. We are not a group that hates Trump, as a whole, we just simply prefer to operate in the real world rather than a delusional fiction. Activities like this cause such a tremendous amount of disgust in the system that it is the primary point when someone begins to lose hope and search for alternatives. At a minimum, the goal of a Pickletarian is to ensure that we are the very first alternative that they think of.

15. Judgement

A Pickletarian is an excellent example of someone with the mental and spiritual fortitude to handle a subject as difficult as judgement.

NO ONE knows the definition of this word… so let’s take a look at some definitions:

  1. A sense of knowledge sufficient to comprehend nature of transaction. Thomas v. Young, 57 App.D.C. 282, 22 F.2d 588, 590.

  2. The formation of an opinion or notion concerning some thing by exercising the mind upon it. Cleveland Clinic Foundation v. Humphrys, C.C.A. Ohio, 97 F.2d 849, 857.

  3. An opinion or estimate. McClung Const. Co. v. Muncy, Tex.Civ.App., 65 S.W.2d 786, 790.

  4. The official and authentic decision of a court of justice upon the respective rights and claims of the parties to an action or suit therein litigated and submitted to its determination. People v. Rebel, 19 Colo.App. 523, 76 P. 550; Bullock v. Bullock, 52 N.J.Eq. 561, 30 A. 676, 27 L.R.A. 213, 46 Am.St.Rep. 528; State v. Brown & Sharpe Mfg. Co., 18 R.I. 16, 25 A. 246, 17 L.R.A. 856.

So a judgment is essentially “an opinion or estimation from a trusted source that is presumed to have the knowledge and discernment necessary to make the best decisions for everyone involved.”

A Pickletarian is better at this than almost anyone due to his tenaciousness in locating and clarifying definitions and intent. This is how he cuts straight to the center of any situation or difficulty and is able to view the most truth regarding it in the shortest amount of time possible.

A Pickletarian should be such a shining light of sanity and skills that he is hoisted up by the people in his environment as a “trusted source that is presumed to have the knowledge and discernment necessary to make the best decisions for everyone involved.” A Pickletarian should not need huge, well-funded campaigns to do so. His passion and competence should speak for itself, requiring no explanation or justification.

A Pickletarian is a man of skill and action. He does not beg for acceptance and would gladly live alone for the rest of his days. He needs no admiration but may thoroughly enjoy it once he gets it because he knows that he earned it through hard-earned skill.

A Pickletarian is forged through the flames of life and is a rare breed that looks for the most effective route, not necessarily just the easiest one. He knows that it’s often the most difficult route that gives him the greatest opportunity for growth.

16. Truth

The Pickletarian is a champion of truth.

"Truth" is defined as:

There are three conceptions as to what constitutes "truth": Agreement of thought and reality; eventual verification; and consistency of thought with itself. Memphis Telephone Co. v. Cumberland Telephone  Telegraph Co., C.C.A. Tenn., 231 F. 835, 842.

A "fact" is defined as:

A thing done; an action performed or an incident transpiring; an event or circumstance; an actual occurrence. An actual happening in time or space or an event mental or physical. Fowler-Curtis Co. v. Dean, 203 App.Div. 317, 196 N.Y.S. 750, 754; German-American Ins. Co. v. Huntley, 62 Okl. 39, 161 P. 815, 817; Rost v. Kessler, 267 App.Div. 686, 49 N.Y.S.2d 97, 99. That which has taken place, not what might or might not have taken place. Churchill v. Meade 92 Or. 626, 182 P. 368, 371.

The definition of “pleadings,” which will be needed for the next section is:

1. The name "a pleading" is also given to any one of the formal written statements of accusation or defense presented by the parties alternately in an action at law; the aggregate of such statements filed in any one cause' are termed "the pleadings."

2. The process performed by the parties to a suit or action, in alternately presenting written statements of their contention, each responsive to that which precedes, and each serving to narrow the field of controversy, until there evolves a single point, affirmed on one side and denied on the other, called the "issue," upon which they then go to trial.

The difference between the "truth" and a "fact" is:

The terms "fact" and "truth" are often used in common parlance as synonymous, but, as employed in reference to pleading, they are widely different. A fact in pleading is a circumstance, act, event, or incident; a truth is the legal principle which declares or governs the facts and their operative effect. Admitting the facts stated in a complaint, the truth may be that the plaintiff is not entitled, upon the face of his complaint, to what he claims. The mode in which a defendant sets up that truth for his protection is a demurrer. Drake v. Cockroft, 4 E. D. Smith, N.Y., 37. [a “demurrer” is, essentially, saying that the facts in a pleading are correct but that there is some reason in law why the person stating those facts have no right to relief]

The differences between “law” and “fact” are well described here:

Thus, questions of fact are for the jury; questions of law for the court. So an attorney at law is an officer of the courts of justice; an attorney in fact is appointed by the written authorization of a principal to manage business affairs usually not professional. Fraud in fact consists in an actual intention to defraud, carried into effect; while fraud imputed by law arises from the man's conduct in its necessary relations and consequences. Hinckley v. Town of Barnstable, 311 Mass. 600, 42 N.E.2d 581, 584.

The difference between “fact” and “evidence” is the following:

But the terms are not really synonymous; evidence, broadly defined, being means from which an inference may logically be drawn as to existence of a fact. Tjernstrom v. Ford Motor Co., 285 Mich. 450, 280 N.W. 823, 825.

A Pickletarian realizes there are different types of truth and he is not so barbaric as to think that what is inside his head is the “truth.” If demonstratable, a Pickletarian is very good at making his truth, another’s. But he operates using facts and presumptions in order to determine truth no differently than a judge would. But the primary difference is he does this with the intention to help his fellow man rather than to suppress him. A Pickletarian is akin to many of the incredible Supreme Court Justices of the 19th century such as John Marshall, Roger B. Taney, Samuel Freeman Miller, and others. This sort of critical thinking and love for our country is practically gone in today’s world… a Pickletarian embodies a renaissance of reason.

The truth is derived by establishing, first, in regards to the law, that someone is entitled to the relief requested. Then determining the intentions of the person would be the second part. Then the third part would be to establish the facts (meaning what occurred). Then from there, a judgement may be entered. This thinking process can be used in all areas of life and is a better choice than simply operating off of fickle emotions or other junk that someone may have in their mind.

A Pickletarian will give his opinion on a subject, meaning his truth, typically only when invited or he sees a good opening to share. Beyond that, it is not something that he is particularly attached to. He can allow people to make their own mistakes and learn from those mistakes. He is not trying to control everyone all the time, which is the ultimate proof of the insane.

Insane people, because of their own fears and insecurities, are constantly trying to control everyone and everything in their environment. This is the basic insanity we are experiencing with our government. We proudly have so much emotional bandwidth that this is not how we behave. We allow people to do their own thing as long as they are not hurting others and, if they do hurt someone else, that is the first point where control becomes necessary and that person is then forced to answer for, then fix the damage associated with their crimes. It’s really quite simple. Then once that damage is fixed, they are free to continue about their life again.

17. Shame and Guilt

Shame and guilt are the ultimate weapons of the insane and are subjects that a Pickletarian is particularly keen regarding.

The truly insane use shame and guilt to internalize uncertainty and attack confidence. They are effective at reprogramming someone’s mind for the worse.

Any feelings of shame or guilt are rapidly spotted and analyzed and, if those feelings can be traced to a person, that person is RAPIDLY and AGGRESSIVELY managed or removed… regardless of the cost. There is never any cost that can justify the poisoning of the mind of a Pickletarian. There is never any accepted excuse for this behavior and strong ultimatums are used in an effort to handle the situation and, if the behavior continues, the person is removed and forgotten forever.

A Pickletarian, to achieve his goals and desires, must have a clear mind. Clutter and confusion hinders the performance of a Pickletarian and this is violently opposed of and rapidly addressed.

If a Pickletarian feels like he “shouldn’t” do something or feels like something is “bad,” but then can’t explain exactly why he feels that way… he rapidly realizes that he has found a spot in his psyche of guilt and shame. He immediately realizes that this stems from some kind of misunderstanding that he has with that area… whether it be a misunderstood word, intention, idea, etc. And he immediately springs into action to locate it and clarify it.

Anyone entering fear or doubt into the mind of a Pickletarian is labeled a threat pretty rapidly. We have no interest in people obsessed with manufacturing more problems as we are too busy working on solutions. People who behave like that have allowed the external betrayers of his past internalize into his personality. He has become the very thing he hates which is exactly why he hates himself. We will not let this sort of behavior happen to us and we will only debate with or attempt to help the suicidal for a short time, but we are very quick to cut that string once it is abused.

18. Ambassador

A Pickletarian is always available to help his fellow man. A Pickletarian does not need approval or any sort of license to help others. He is not under an obligation to help and his help is always entirely at his discretion, but he is typically more apt to assist his fellow man unless there is some specific reason that he would rather not.

He is always attentive to the elderly, children, women and the disabled. He never uses his diplomatic immunity to benefit himself in a way that would harm others (for example, parking in a handicapped spot). A Pickletarian often parks farther away from his destination to allow for others to have places to park and also to stretch his legs and walk a little more in his daily life.

A Pickletarian has diplomatic immunity, to be certain, but that diplomatic immunity exists to clear the way for his activities. The diplomatic immunity should not be construed to be something that can be used to fight or crush others. It is special protection that gives the Pickletarian the confidence he needs to help more people. In exchange for his gifts, individual immunity is enjoyed as long as he is not causing damage or harming anyone. But this INDIVIDUAL immunity is sustained through his COLLECTIVE actions… a Pickletarian is not under the delusion that it is the other way around.

A Pickletarian EARNS his immunity. As he earns his immunity, he begins to naturally reprogram his own mind and his perception of his own value increases. As a Pickletarian begins to see his skill and abilities improve, his self-esteem also improves. As this continues, the Pickletarian is reprogramming his own mind in a way he may not be aware of - he is GIVING HIMSELF diplomatic immunity. No one is given diplomatic immunity by another person, a passport, or anything else. A person can, ultimately, only give themselves true immunity and that immunity is built by confidence and self-esteem.

With enough skill, confidence and self-esteem, the Pickletarian becomes absolutely irresistible. This is the ultimate level of diplomatic immunity that all Pickletarians are striving towards.

19. Problems

A Pickletarian looks around and sees people who are so starved for problems, due to some kind of insane delusion, that they manufacture them constantly. He often wonders if people have a scarcity mindset on problems, but he finds this a bit confusing. Because people often say that they want less problems but then they turn around and do things that do nothing more than create more problems. If actions speak louder than words then why is there this hypocritical behavior that is so prevalent in the society?

A Pickletarian is a SOLVER of problems. He sees problems as a form of creation… sometimes even an art form. But his ability to solve them is a higher form of art, indeed, and he sees it like “someone is creating a maze and I’m going to be the one to make it through the maze.” It’s viewed as a game.

A Pickletarian is quick to spot someone who does nothing but generate problems. He runs into these kinds of people CONSTANTLY when sharing this information. People who, no matter what you say or what evidence you share, they want to talk about how it can’t be done or how it is not possible. These people frustrate the novice Pickletarian, but the elder Pickletarian laughs and sees a slave in rags before him. He sees a man so riddled with betrayal and transgressions that he may have committed on others that he no longer trusts himself being free and actively fights against anything that may offer him the key to his proverbial cell.

A man who fights against freedom is a man who hates himself… to a Pickletarian it is truly that simple. These people do not trust themselves.

This world has no lack of problems. Anyone who believes that is truly insane. The Pickletarian is a bastion of sanity in a world gone mad. He knows that the reason that the world is mad is simply ignorance… and he knows that if HE wants to live in a better world then he better get to work helping to educate others!

20. Power

Power, to a Pickletarian, could be defined as “tremendous performance either in action or in repose.”

A Pickletarian is in a position of power and abundance, which allows him to reach out and touch others profoundly. A Pickletarian is the starter of waves... waves that ripple down through generations of lineage. A Pickletarian is a self-duplicating trust... meaning Pickletarians are professionals at inviting and creating other Pickletarians. This is the true power that is purely unstoppable. Being kind and benefitting others gives us tremendous self-esteem, purpose, fulfillment and a sense of pride, valor, etc. No amount of unconditional promises or orders to pay (or even gold and silver coins) can buy what we feel in our hearts when we save someone from the prison of ignorance.

We are the new breed of the kind of mentality that is only found in the history books. We are the Knights Templar of the 21st century.

21. Intelligence

The “normal” (meaning insane) definition of “intelligence” would be something like “the inherent ability for a person to learn and apply information.” Something like an “IQ test” determines a person’s ability to solve problems. Neither of these ideas are the definition of “intelligence” to a Pickletarian.

The definition to us is “application of curiosity.” Meaning, we know that better questions will give us better answers faster… of course… but that’s not the BASIS of intelligence. The BASIS of intelligence is simply the willingness to ask questions and be genuinely curious.

If you have two people, one who asks excellent questions but isn’t that curious, versus someone with awful questions but tremendously curious, the latter individual will always be the victorious one.

So the ideas of “smart” and “stupid,” to us, are terms encompassing the application of curiosity. This is also part of our presumptions: that EVERYONE has the capacity to become curious and to apply that curiosity to something that we find fascinating. We are essentially sharing our own fascinations with a presumption that other people will be just as fascinated in it as we are. This is in an effort to increase the intelligence of others by attempting to petition to their sense of curiosity.

We are the purveyors of intelligence because we are the Knights of Curiosity.

22. Tenacity

A Pickletarian is a direct force. He knows that all warfare is based on deception, as said by Sun Tzu, but he may not classify it as warfare at all… he may classify the encounter as nothing more than a joke.

By the time a Pickletarian shows up at your doorstep, you’re in serious trouble. He has a tendency to be very direct, question intent, sue and countersue with tremendous respect and velocity. It is a special mixture of operations that very few people know how to battle and control.

We know that by falling into our emotions, we lose control and become too attached to the outcome of a situation. We may very well fall into our emotions, but we always climb back out of them and seal up the hole that we fell into, dust ourselves off, then arrive again at your door with a summons or with questions.

We bring all the questions that people do not want to answer, this is the ultimate blade of our existance. Questions about the structure of a nation, questions about the negotiation of unconditional promises and orders to pay, questions about state versus US citizenship.

We are the ultimate enemy of ignorance. When people fully embody ignorance or share ignorance into the world, we will arrive. We will become your nightmare. It really is that simple. Is this “warfare?” Well, I’m not sure.

A Pickletarian is tremendously temperate and understands that the ignorance and betrayal in this world is so rampant that it’s amazing that anyone is even alive. But he never allows that to be an excuse to spread ignorance and to make it more difficult to live in a world that is already difficult enough.

Due to his direct and unwavering nature, a Pickletarian can afford to be tenacious. He has an abundance of time because very little of his time is spent on bullshit - he cuts right to the center with ninja-like precision. We are truly the ultimate nightmare of a merchant of lies. And this is exactly why we are the ultimate nightmare of a typical attorney-at-law.

23. Attacking

This might sound counter-intuitive after reading everything above but no, it’s not.

Obviously, all the other points in this code put us at a disadvantage if we weren’t just as dangerous as we are peaceful. It’s just like Teddy Roosevelt said, we “speak softly and carry a big stick.”

The entire point of how aggressive and litigious we are stems not from revenge or a desire to destroy, but a desire to end bullying and bring clarity to the world. By aggressively litigating against someone or by filing a mountain of counterclaims when we are sued, we are effectively slapping the bullies upside the head and maybe, as our ranks grow, we will bring fear into their hearts that the next person they decide to bully just “might be one of those crazy Pickle people.”

When a Pickletarian is attacked or betrayed, he becomes absolutely vicious. But his viciousness does not stem from revenge, it stems from a desire to correct. By attacking bullies and purveyors of ignorance, this is actually the BEST POSSIBLE application of our code in its purest form.

We are not saints that are “easy marks.” In fact, we are the most dangerous and vicious group on the planet. But we are dangerous and vicious only to the bullies and insane corporate and commercial structures of this planet that do nothing more than beat man down and suck his integrity, his artistic desires and his love for life.

A Pickletarian is a true knight of valor. He protects the downtrodden and understands the difficulties associated with attempting to operate in this world. He sees someone like a broken man who just lost his wife and kids or a single mother on the brink of emotional and financial collapse and he dismounts his horse to offer his hand.

There could be just one Pickletarian up against an entire panel of several well-paid BAR Cards, all with a collective experience of many decades in law. A Pickletarian would not be intimidated by this. He would think “well, more retards just means they will probably bump into each other.” A Pickletarian is the ultimate level of confidence and the reason his confidence is so high is because he is doing the work of God. If he is a Godly man, he realizes that this information has allowed him to be a conduit of Christ and to help people just like Christ did.

A Pickletarian attacks for a reason… a greater reason. To protect the innocent, to destroy ignorance or to disarm a bully may be excellent reasons. But when a Pickletarian attacks it is swift, absolutely vicious and ceaseless. The Pickletarian never fatigues and is guided by a fire that burns hotter and stronger, forever.

To be terrified of us is perfectly natural if you mean harm to the people at large. By the time we knock on your door… it’s too late. The nightmare has begun.

24. Logic

A Pickletarian understands that the information that he has to share can shatter the mind of someone quite easily. He realizes that he typically needs to repeat himself many times before a person will even be able to assimilate the piece of information that is offered.

But what a Pickletarian is exceptionally skilled at is by stringing toegether relatable ideas or examples through a string of logic. For example, taking a person from where they are through a series of talks or clarifications in order to guide him to a greater understanding.

For example, a Pickletarian wouldn’t necessarily say something like “the original States, like California, aren’t even the real versions.” He may say that just for effect, but he realizes he will need to go into more detail. Then he may say something like “well, as per the Constitution, States may not ‘make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts,’ so how is it that they are using Federal Reserve Notes?”

Or a Pickletarian might say “the governors of those supposed States are all US citizens. US citizens cannot run the actual States, only State citizens can.”

A Pickletarian will assail stuck thinking on all sides, attempting to get the motor running by whatever means necessary. He will string together many circumstantial facts or ideas in order to paint a larger picture. He uses relative information in order to give body and shape to a larger idea.

It could be thought of as almost like foreplay. A Pickletarian doesn’t just “stick it in” (even though he may want to), but is graceful in his ability to step back, give additional examples, etc.
